The annual Fashion Quarterly Swim Show celebrates the start of the summer season.
And the 2016 edition took the party to the next level with colourful swimsuits and a pumping playlist of Cuban hip hop and 80s kitch you couldn’t help but boogie to. Ain’t nothing wrong with a bit of Miami Sound Machine!
This summer, the bold and the brave will be hitting the beach wearing retro brights and minimal material. Suits can be one piece or two, but they’ll be super high-cut on the hip, with low, scooped out backs and Brazilian bottoms. How to wear? Hoist your bottoms up high on the hips and add a super cropped tee instead of your bikini top. No prints allowed.
Beauty-wise, big hair c/o the team at Servilles and deeply bronzed limbs thanks to St Tropez Express were the order of the day, whilst a Miami Vice-inspired makeup look created by senior M.A.C artist Kiekie Stanners gave us all some serious party season inspo.
