FQ’s guide to getting your beauty regime sorted in Newmarket

Waxing, plucking, trimming and face peels, they say beauty is pain, right? Wrong. We are here to guide you through some of the best spots in town when it comes to indulging in a little self-care.

Whether that looks like a pre-wedding facial, some mid-week maintenance (hello bikini season!) or even just a simple Saturday pampering session, Auckland’s premium shopping precinct Newmarket has got you covered.

Let’s be real here, there is nothing worse than fifteen plus minutes of discomfort and small talk only to leave and discover that your brows have been left with a sub-par wax job. Or going to a new salon that you’re not quite 100% sure about and leaving with 7 inches less on the long bob you had envisioned.

It is a lot less stressful stepping foot into a new salon or the like holding onto a trusted recommendation and we like to think we are well versed when it comes to passing on some of our top spots to get our own beauty regimes in order.

Scroll down for our tips and tricks to navigating Newmarket’s abundant beauty offering.
