Gwyneth Paltrow signs with P & G

Gwyneth Paltrow is going to be very busy in the next few months. Not only is she the new face of P & G’s Max Factor makeup brand, but also of the gorgeous new summer scent Hugo Boss, Boss Nuit Pour Femme.

According to beauty insiders, Paltrow’s involvement with Max Factor, the biggest beauty brand in the world, goes beyond looking pretty. She’s also the “creative inspiration” for the beauty company’s makeup artists when they are creating colour campaigns. Pat McGrath, global creative design director for Max Factor, set her 11 national makeup artists the task of creating three glamour statements for the actress. McGrath said, “These were to be inspired by her life and the different roles she has to play — model, actress, mother and singer.”

Then McGrath took those ideas and created seven different looks, which we will see in the new advertising campaigns for the brand.  Paltrow’s six-month contract kicks off next month.

The beautiful star is also fronting the campaign for Boss Nuit Pour Femme, from Hugo Boss, the most beautiful fragrance I have had the pleasure of sniffing in a long time.

The scent, $139, which comes under the P & G prestige portfolio.

Expect fresh jasmine and soft violet – we think it’s set to become a timeless classic.
