A star at NZFW is always Trelise Cooper. Her show is a monumental production and this year with Amber D from MAC at the helm backstage, D’s brief from Cooper:“Soft vs. Tough” . In fact, rumor has it the facial piercing was Cooper’s idea (which on the runway, were just visible). We love the no-mascara eye, and the screaming blood wine lip, which was a mix of MAC Burgundy & Fuschia Lipmix. Against the not-so-perfect pony and back-combed buns, it really worked. Leah Light was at the ready with Nightfall Nail Lacquer, and a custom blend of black and white velvet pressed over the top – stunning.
