Tying a bow tie can be ridiculously difficult.
Fashion Quarterly‘s creative director Marcel Gull found this out firsthand as he prepped for Working Style’s 30th anniversary black tie event last week.
After consulting numerous YouTube tutorials, hitting up several well-dressed friends via text message and asking various dapper-looking guests to assist him on arrival, Marcel remained stumped (and bow tie-less).
Luckily Working Style’s creative director Karl Clausen was on hand to talk him through the inner workings of tying the ultimate snappy bow tie. In fact, he made the whole thing look pretty damn easy.
