Who will walk in this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show?

Model best friends Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid both received good news this week, after being confirmed to appear in the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.

Kendall posted to her Instagram account, after finding out the news on her 20th birthday: ““The best birthday present EVER! always been one of my biggest dreams to be on this catwalk. @victoriassecret’s newest recruits. oh and I get to do it with my best friend.” The accompanying illustration shows Kendall and Gigi dressed as Victoria’s Secret secret service agents.

Meanwhile, a clip of Gigi’s audition was posted to the official Victoria’s Secret Instagram, showing the moment the 20-year-old was asked to be in the show – and yes, there are tears. See Gigi’s reaction to being selected to walk in this year’s show below:

Kiwi Stella Maxwell, who received her official ‘Angel’ status this year and who walked in the 2014 show in London, has once again been cast. Australian models Shanina Shaik and Bridget Malcolm will also appear.

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is watched by a global audience of nearly 10 million and this year will include music performances by The Weeknd, Selena Gomez and Ellie Goulding. Goulding stepped in to replace Rihanna, who is no longer able to perform.
