Kenzo x H&M hits stores today

3 November 2016

Lovers of  Kenzo can now get their fix locally and at a price that won’t require a second mortgage thanks to fashion house H&M.

The Swedish retailer recently opened its first New Zealand  store at Auckland’s Sylvia Park and this week launched the Kenzo x H&M collection in partnership with the French luxury fashion house.

As you’d expect, the looks are fun, bold and colourful, as created by designers Carol Lim and Humberto Leon.

Along with logo sweaters and technicolour animal prints (both hallmarks of the mainline brand), keen Kenzo fans will also be interested to see statement-making maxi dresses, lush coats and jackets, and a plethora of eye-catching accessories, including mirrored sunglasses, elbow-length gloves, animal-print beanies, fashionable gumboots and totes that look like Kenzo shopping bags.

The campaign stars iconic model and wife of the late David Bowie, Iman, actresses Chloe Sevigny and Rosario Dawson, along with Chance-the-Rapper and a cast of cool kids including writer and activist Amy Sall, photographer Youngjun Koo, artist and DJ Juliana Huxtable, musician and performance artist Oko Ebombo, fashion editor Harriet Verney, makeup artist Isamaya Ffrench, artist Ingrid and musician Anna of the North.
