Tiny houses are totally trending right now.
It could be because of the present state of the property market, which is looking more and more impossible to join. Or perhaps people are just excited by the challenge of creating interchangable, multi-tasking spaces to get the most bang for their buck?
Either way, companies like Nashville-based New Frontier Tiny Homes have cottoned on and are offering custom built and sustainable houses that will “only” set you back US$95,000.
Their flagship offering is situated on a 246 square foot mount (the size of a trailer) with features that include a ceiling made from reclaimed barn wood, plenty of windows to allow natural light through the property and a multi-functioning staircase that turns into a dining table but can be packed back underneath the kitchen when you’ve finished eating.
Check it out for yourself and try to be unimpressed by the clever use of space!
