Kirsty Godso may well be the fittest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of interviewing, hence the title of Nike Master Trainer. Obvs.
After Skye Ross sat down with Kirsty for our second episode of Girl Talk and chatted through her ride-or-die beauty products, it was time – in true #ohmygodso fashion – to do a Core Countdown workout using the free Nike Training Club app.
The fab thing about this workout is that you don’t need any equipment apart from a good set of activewear (holla, online shopping Nike to NZ now!). It’s perfect for doing at home or in a hotel room when you’re travelling. And if it’s good for Kirsty, it’s good for me!
